$1,500 sign‑on bonus for new Groomer hires with 1+ years of experience!

• Delighting neighbors and pets with grooming services, such as brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Grooming and styling pets per owners’ instructions and/or breed standards.
• Always ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons.
• Developing long‑term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending products and services.
• Community outreach to attract new neighbors into the store.
• Successfully completing Safety Training certification.
• Performing routine cleaning to keep the grooming environment fun and inviting.
• Assisting store team members during grooming downtime.
• Continuing to develop skills and pet grooming techniques while growing your career.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training or apprenticeship under a certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods.
• Ability to provide your own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass applicable drug screening.
