• Visit the client at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth.
• Work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts starting after 3:00pm during the school year and as early as 8:30am during the summer. Services are available any day of the week to accommodate client scheduling needs.
• Individual Support Plan development and implementation.
• Delivery and monitoring of behavior analysis services.
• Submit weekly clinical progress notes within 24 hours of service provision.
• Conduct intake data assessments.
• Collect and display data (e.g., graphics) as authorized by a recipient’s behavioral analysis service plan.
• Comply with service authorization, including time frames and service hours.
• Implement interventions in the Individual Support Plan.
• Implement behavioral procedures for the acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors.
• Carry out treatment as designated by the supervising behavior analyst, including: facilitating environmental arrangements, using proactive strategies, teaching and developing new skills, managing specific consequences for behavior based on function.
• Work with child or youth to increase ADL (Assisted Daily Living) skills within their home as well as during community outings.
• Assist parent/guardian in implementation of the treatment plan.
• Assist the behavior analyst in training caregivers and/or staff.
• Handle crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
• Ensure all agency policies are implemented and followed.

• Must have completed free CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification course or be able to complete within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in behavioral healthcare (maladaptive behaviors).
• 2-4 years experience working with children with disabilities (developmental/intellectual disabilities, mental illness).
• Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
• Bilingual.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
