We are a fast-paced 24/7 production Laundry facility located in East Orange, NJ. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production goals. We operate 365 days a year with no scheduled holidays off, ensuring consistent service to our customers.

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle, inspect, and package materials according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Adapt to varying work conditions, including hot and cold environments.

• Open availability – must be able to work any shift (day, night, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Previous production or factory experience preferred but not required.

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
• 401(k):
  Available after 1 year of employment
• Sick Days: 5 sick days per year, accrued from day 1 (available for use after 90 days)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance:
  Available after 90 days of employment
• Holiday Pay:
  Time-and-a-half pay for all hours worked on holidays (after 90 days of employment)

Laundry Factory setting with exposure to both hot and cold working conditions. Fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Must be able to lift, push, and pull anywhere from 50 lbs to 250 lbs+
