Job Summary
In the ICU of a hospital, patients are often in critical condition and need constant monitoring and care. ICU nurses review data from special equipment to track a patient’s heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and other vitals. They also carry out more traditional nursing duties such as administering medication and communicating with patients regarding their condition.

Minimum Education/Certifications
Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of NJ.
Certifications required: BLS (American Heart Association). ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
2 years or more experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Vent Care Experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and provide additional coverage as needed.
