We are immediately hiring for a Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor with per diem shifts available from 3p-11p and weekends. Join a fantastic company and facility that offers a great work environment led by an engaged management team.
Job Responsibilities- Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient plans of care
- Performing resident/patient assessments
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
- Preparing equipment, applying or changing dressings, and monitoring patients
- Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records
- Overseeing clinical operations; handling various administrative tasks
- Administering prescribed medications and injections
- Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs
- Assisting in the admissions and discharge process
- Handling both clinical and administrative duties as part of the RN Supervisor role
- Nursing and management experience in a long‑term‑care environment
- Must be an RN, a graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred but not required)
- Must hold a current RN license and current CPR or BLS certification
