Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor

We are immediately hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our Per Diem team. Shifts run from 3:

ELS
-11pm and weekends.

• Direct, initiate, and implement resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Perform resident/patient assessments.
• Assist Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare equipment, apply/changing dressings, and monitor patients.
• Check residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintain records.
• Oversee clinical operations and perform various administrative tasks.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections.
• Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Assist in the admissions and discharge process.
• Manage both clinical and administrative duties as the RN Supervisor.

• Experience in a long‑term care environment with nursing and management duties.
• Must be a licensed RN, graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSOVE not required).
• Current RN license and current CPR or BLS certification.
