CNA Weekend Warrior

At Grove Park Healthcare Center, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior! As a CNA Weekend Warrior, you will provide top-notch care to our patients while working a variety of shifts on weekends. • Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by our licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

• Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction
