GP Mobile, one of the largest T-Mobile Premium Retailers in the US, is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. If you want to earn unlimited commissions while working in a fun, fast-paced environment, GP Mobile is the place to be! Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, building strong connections with customers and deepening relationships. This role involves learning and developing skills for future advancement to Retail Associate Manager, including completing new employee training.
What You’ll Do
- Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience.
- Assist customers online, via Customer Care, and in-store.
- Demonstrate the latest technology and provide personalized solutions.
- Use digital tools to educate customers on coverage, plans, and services.
- Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
- Develop relationships across channels to enhance the customer experience and support team initiatives.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- Passion for customer service and a fun, engaging personality.
- Competitive drive with success in sales or customer service, preferably retail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and balance customer needs with performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
