• Design system level electronics for power management and safety.
• Design for manufacturing: wire harnesses, PCBs, and assembly.
• Safety design including breakers, fuses, and appropriate wire sizing.
• PCB design for voltage regulators, Integrated Canbus modules, and more.
• Power distribution, charging, and monitoring electrical design.
• Wire routing design and wire bend and fatigue analysis.
• Hands on building with fabrication tools.
• Work with vendors to source proper components.

• Bachelors PMasters in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience designing products and complex electro‑mechanical systems.
• Experience at a large consumer product firm is a plus (2+ years).
• Wire harness design experience for motion joints.
• Sაღ‐related soldering and crimping experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with prototypes, shop tools, and bringing hardware to life.
• Understanding of electronics packaging.
• Understanding of battery design and management.
• Some leadership experience.
