IT & Data Support Specialist at Concern Housing

Overview

Concern Housing is seeking a tech‑savvy and service‑oriented IT & Data Support Specialist to drive technology adoption, data integration, and user support across the organization. The role supports staff with desktop applications, advanced data tools, cross‑platform integration, and AI‑related initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist staff with advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data modeling.
  • Support Power BI report creation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Help correlate and integrate data from systems such as Yardi, Net Suite, and other cloud‑based platforms.
  • Participate in AI‑related initiatives and assist staff in adopting new technologies.
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software and system access issues.
  • Create documentation and training materials to improve digital literacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
Position Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and Power BI or similar analytics platforms. Familiarity with Yardi, Net Suite, or other enterprise systems and a basic understanding of AI tools. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in IT support or data analysis preferred. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python), knowledge of data privacy and security best practices, and familiarity with nonprofit operations and reporting.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000.
