Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team on the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will provide direct resident care and participate in treatments.
You will administer medications (including IVs where applicable), monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and communicate with physicians, NPs and colleagues. CNAs will be supervised.
