• Qualify and quantify the needs of the existing customer base using
• Validate and collect primary decision‑maker contact information for future campaigns.
• Identify and sell to new customers using marketing & sales tools.
• Recover declining & dormant customers via the United Rentals value proposition.
• Support and learn branch operations and IT systems for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management.
• Coordinate with branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate field issues.
• Provide solutions to customers around equipment needs assessment, training, demonstrations, quotations, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and sales per pricing policies.
• Drive customer engagement to local events and promotions.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: one year of sales‑related experience.
• Proven planning, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and at least one year experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation skills and effective sales orientation.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness and ability to relocate.

Salary range: $31.80 – $50.85 per hour.
