Overview

Customer Sales Advisor - East Peoria, IL at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. This role provides hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers, delivering outstanding service and helping customers with tires and services.

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service
• Make recommendations to guests based on vehicle and manufacturer recommendations
• Coordinate tasks such as checking in, scheduling appointments, estimating time requirements, and checkout
• Promote self-development using company-provided training tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including handling tires and wheels; standing, bending, and squatting

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No relocation offered for this position
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Automotive Guest Service experience
• Previous Tire Sales experience

• Shift: Retail hours including some holidays and weekends
• Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour + Commission; ongoing training to promote career growth
