Location:

East Peoria, IL. Shift: must be able to work retail hours including some holidays and weekends. Starting pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, with fast track promotion after 90 days for motivated candidates, and ongoing training to promote your career path.

Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

• Gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear s Auto Service centers by diagnosing technical issues using mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, wheel alignments, tire installation, and related tasks.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver s license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• ASE Certification
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
• Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems
