The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $17.00/hr; base pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in our Auto Service Center by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Stores may be open 7 days a week, requiring weekend and holiday coverage.
What we consider- Valid driver's license and minimum age 18.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Commitment to learning new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry.
- Adherence to established safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
- Completing basic automotive services: mounting/balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements.
- Training under mid‑ and senior‑level technicians to learn additional services.
- Providing excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback.
- Promoting teamwork to meet guest expectations.
- Maintaining strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
- Performing manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
