Illinois Central College is seeking a Lead Student Success Advisor at the East Peoria Campus to guide a cluster of Student Success Advisors and mentor staff in holistic, student-centered advising. You will analyze data, plan initiatives, and manage caseloads to support academic, career, and personal goals.
Reporting to the Director of Academic Advisement, you will help drive retention through collaboration with program leaders and campus partners, while maintaining confidentiality under FERPA
