Where you’ll work The position is based in our East Peoria office. We emphasize work‑life balance and a fun, supportive culture.

• Provide support to engineering and environmental functions.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications in the field.
• Conduct fieldwork: construction observation, recording quantities, verifying specifications.
• Collect environmental samples for analysis.
• Survey and measurements for drawings.
• Create drawings via hand drafting or CAD.
• Prepare calculations, summary sheets, or data manipulation under direction.
• Maintain field and office equipment.
• Assist with copying, plan sets, filing, library maintenance as needed.
• Have authority to stop work if contractors deviate from design.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

• Associate degree in Construction Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Architecture Technology, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; experience may offset.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical measurement, surveying, or environmental activities.
• Works under direction, performs data collection, graphical depiction, and office activities.
• Observes construction projects, records data, takes measurements, verifies quantities per plans.
• Accurate verbal and written communication.
• Effective communication with co‑workers and contractors.
