This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and leads the design, delivery and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – Plan to Produce capabilities. It leads a team of managers, professionals, and suppliers to deliver applications and technical solutions aligned with the business strategy to enable and protect enterprise value.

  • Delivers tangible business value through technology solutions aligned to the business strategy and priorities.
  • Provides thought leadership to proactively solve business challenges and issues.
  • Manages operational stability, health, and availability of technology solutions.
  • Protects the business and brands across cyber, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Prioritizes resources to achieve strategic business outcomes.
What You Will Do
  • Design, develop, and support SAP and QAD/Mfg Pro Plan to Produce functionality covering Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Executing, Manufacturing Planning, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Quality, Plant Maintenance and Variant Configuration.
  • Lead a team of managers, individual professionals, and suppliers to deliver applications and technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Actively develop business‑aligned solutions, prioritize resources, negotiate contracts, guide team members, and consult with internal customers.
  • Ensure operational stability, health, and availability of technology solutions.
  • Protect the business and brands across cyber, risk, and compliance requirements.
What You Have
  • Experience leading, developing, socializing, and executing IT strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong relationship management with CIOs, directors, and VPs in a matrixed environment.
  • Customer‑focused with business and financial acumen, especially in Manufacturing.
  • Depth of expertise in manufacturing concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Experience designing and building technology solutions that strengthen the core business.
  • Data and information enablement to improve business outcomes.
  • Operational support experience in global, large‑scale manufacturing environments.
  • Talent management ability to lead global, multi‑sourced teams.
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
  • Hands‑on ERP deployment process ownership with on‑site leadership.
  • Leadership behaviors and principles aligned with enterprise values.
  • Customer‑focused, accountability, learning agility, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strategic thinking and proactive anticipation of capability needs.
  • Bias for action and risk‑taking at business speed.

Pay Range: $ – $
