Cybersecurity Manager – Workforce Directory & Governance

Responsible for end-to-end management of IAM Directory, Authentication, and related services supporting the workforce, dealers, customers, and suppliers. Manages people, processes, and technologies used globally to support the security and IAM vision, mission, and strategy while accountable for tracking progress and measurement aligned with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do:
  • Enable delivery of complex global IAM Directory, Authentication, and related capabilities in alignment with enterprise IT Security strategies.
  • Set IAM security strategies that impact business outcomes and research and analyze new processes and technologies in the IAM industry.
  • Develop business cases to secure approval and funding for implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Refresh roadmaps to enable security systems, programs, or processes impacting business or other corporate process partners.
  • Act as a change agent for programs and create, develop, maintain, and track integrated initiatives for effective operations.
  • Manage staff and projects, delivering business and technical solutions providing security risk mitigation to the enterprise.
  • Ensure standard work is defined, monitored, and supported to achieve compliance with internal policies and procedures, including sustainability, cybersecurity, SOX, and IT General Controls.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate audit compliance actions for the analytic and technical aspects of Directory and Authentication services.
  • Identify and mitigate associated threats and vulnerabilities for accountable products and services.
  • Manage capital and expense budget for operations and related programs.
  • Establish and maintain a well-developed network of IAM industry professional contacts.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate others and work independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related experience.
  • Demonstrated prior management experience.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills and ability to deliver messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to balance Customer Experience and IT governance and high customer focus with professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated quick and clear decision-making skills in a collaborative environment, strong people management, and a focus on developing others.
  • Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills and business acumen and ability to think broadly and strategically with high attention to detail.
  • Able to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments and possesses a service and solution-oriented approach.
  • Takes responsibility and achieves results and excellent organizing, time management and priority setting skills.
Top Candidates Will Have:
  • Experience in Information Security including Identity Access Management.
  • Excellent, hands-on technical knowledge and experience working in an enterprise infrastructure and applications environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively with management, work groups and others on all aspects of program building and evolution.
  • Industry recognized certification in security (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) and extensive knowledge of privileged identity management, access governance and other IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Cyber Ark, Ping Federation, Multifactor Authentication, Digital Certificates, etc.
  • Extensive experience with business analysis, documentation, and user access review and project management best practices, tools and techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management best practices, tools,and techniques.
