CMM Programmer​/Technician

We are looking for a skilled CMM Programmer/Technician to join our team in Peoria, IL.

• Develop and document automated metrology programs following best‑practice standards and inspection plan requirements.
• Maintain the accuracy, availability, and revision control for all created programs.
• Resolve issues related to inspection, data collection, and documentation that impact quality and operations.
• Create advanced‑level CMM programs for complex metrology requirements.
• Provide expert troubleshooting support for metrology and manufacturing‑related challenges.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in metrology processes.
• Coordinate and integrate new metrology software and hardware solutions.

• High school diploma (required).
• Advanced CMM programming training (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience programming on a major CMM platform (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment, preferably within QS‑9000, ISO‑9000, ISO/IEC 17025, or similar standards.
• Advanced GD&T training (preferred).
• 5+ years in a precision metrology setting (preferred).
