Locally owned and operated with a large customer base across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Jtec is vertically integrated – our team does it all! From marketing and selling our product, on to R&D and production engineering teams. Raw materials coming in are machined, welded, painted, assembled, and shipped out to our customers. All with help and assistance along the way from administration and support roles: safety, inventory, quality, production support, maintenance, human resources, and more.

Onboard Training will include hands on learning/shadowing many different roles to learn the workings and processes of Jtec and may include training in the following: inside sales; engineering; order processing; purchasing/scheduling; manufacturing processes: fabrication (machining/welding), coatings, assembly, quality, inventory, shipping; product knowledge.
