Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide high-quality, reliable support to our sales team and help improve our efficiency. The Sales Assistant will assist in the growth and development of our boutique firm’s client portfolio. Through ongoing growth initiatives and strategic affiliate relationships, our firm has experienced consistent growth over the past 17+ years. Our unique concepts and original approaches to problems distinguish us from the competition.

We need talented individuals to drive our firm’s next phase of progress. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-disciplined person with integrity to join our team. Applicants must be able to work in our Norcross office 5 times per week. Hours are flexible, and we are willing to accommodate your schedule to develop a routine that works for you.

  • Full-time position starting at $20 per hour, with potential to transition into a salaried role within 3-6 months

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales manager and team with administrative tasks
  • Research pre-qualified organizations to identify and confirm appropriate contacts within those organizations
  • Assist in screening clients by gathering relevant information for reports
  • Analyze data, create reports, and prepare documentation, charts, and other communication tools
  • Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, email marketing, and referrals
  • Achieve sales goals by meeting deadlines, targets, and quotas
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Sales experience in accounting, tax, or consulting industries is a plus
  • Ambitious and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
