The Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) provides direction and support for human welfare and social programs or services.
  
  LPN will address clinical/medical services and support psychological and health enhancement services. Provides general nursing care all patients.

Education:

Associate’s Degree preferred. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the state of Georgia. Must obtain a Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation certificate ( CPR ).

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of LPN experience.

Provides general nursing care to patients. Triages patients. Attends to the general healthcare and comfort of the patient. Observes and records treatment and patient progress and reports patient’s condition or reaction to supervisor(s). Administers prescribed medications.
