The City of East Point is hiring an experienced lineman to install, maintain and repair overhead lines, underground cables and substations. You will also set meters, install streetlights and respond to power outages in a safe, efficient manner.
Qualified candidates have an Associate’s degree or two years of technical coursework, 4–5 years of experience, Journeyman Lineman certification and a valid Georgia CDL, with strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
