Overview

Operator:
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in East Point, GA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Pay: $15.75 – $20.02 per hour. Starting pay $15.75 with progression to $20.02 over 5 years.

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 4.33 hours monthly for full-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees; life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays

• Safety-Focused Operations:
  Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Ability to sit for long periods, and potentially work at a computer screen
• Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors
