We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our critical courier operations team. This role demands expertise in dispatcher responsibilities and proficiency with Xcelerator software — experience with both is mandatory.

What You’ll Do- Accurately receive, prioritize, and process time-sensitive orders for courier deliveries.
- Dispatch and coordinate driver schedules effectively, ensuring prompt, seamless service.
- Monitor routes and driver statuses in real time to optimize operations and meet delivery deadlines.
- Communicate essential information such as order specifics, traffic updates, and delivery instructions to drivers.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, dispatch activities, and logistical data within the system.
- Provide responsive, professional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Required:
Proven experience dispatching courier drivers with hands-on use of Xcelerator software. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of the Atlanta metro area and Southeast region logistics.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
