Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager II to lead the quality control program on large or multi-phase projects, including heavy civil, industrial, or USACE/NAVFAC federal work. You will own the project QC plan, chair three-phase control meetings, and be the primary interface with the owner's QA representative.
You will supervise QC inspectors and technicians, coordinate testing and certifications, and manage NCRs and corrective actions.
