The division HR Business Partner will partner closely with the global Division leadership team to develop workforce and talent strategies as well as global HR solutions in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development and employee engagement to meet business goals. This individual will work closely with other groups (HR Operations, CoE) to develop HR strategy and policy as well as people programs to enable the company to attract, develop and retain high-caliber employees.
