Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team  position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area, with full financial assistance provided.

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling on risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
