General Manager – Salary Range Between $62k and $90k Annual

A General Manager is the leader of a restaurant and must have a guest‑first mentality.
At least one year of previous McDonald’s management experience is required. Previous GM experience is recommended, but we also accept candidates with other McDonald’s management experience. Salary depends on factors such as McDonald’s experience, industry tenure, availability, etc.
As a General Manager you will:
- Lead the restaurant team, ensuring excellent guest service.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, inventory, and compliance.
