$60,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet productivity, quality, safety, and SLA goals
• Coordinate labor and workflow across production lanes
• Support SOP adherence, Lean practices, and 5S initiatives
• Monitor output and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Work closely with Quality and Engineering to address process issues
• Train, coach, and support manufacturing team members
• Assist with performance feedback, recognition, and corrective action
• Communicate priorities, expectations, and results clearly to the team

• Experience supervising a manufacturing or production team
• Strong people skills and a hands‑on leadership style
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, SOPs, and continuous improvement
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and solutions‑focused
• A positive, “let’s get it done” attitude
