- Ensuring guests receive exactly what they want by listening, suggesting items, repeating orders and knowing the menu and ordering system.
- Handling credit cards, rewards cards and cash with focus and precision; trained thoroughly before operating independently.
- Prepare and present food according to company specifications.
- Use equipment, resources and tools to prepare the best product for guests.
- Step into a leadership role assisting the General Manager with restaurant operations.
- Schedule team members, assist with inventory control, handle cash and train team members.
