Are you a digital marketing specialist ready to make a real impact?

Nexstar Media Group seeks a talented and driven Digital Sales Executive to join our dynamic and vibrant team. As a critical member of our digital sales team, you will be responsible for generating and growing revenue through the sale of our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Spearhead digital marketing services sales in your assigned market.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Digital Advocacy: Educate and promote the value of digital marketing solutions both internally and externally.
  • Sales Execution: Effectively close deals, maintain clear communication with clients, and excel in client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or media sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of local digital marketing services and their effective application.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-level decision-makers.
  • Consultative sales approach and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry trends.
  • Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales CRM systems.

Bonus Points:

  • IAB and/or Google AdWords Certification.
  • Experience in automotive and database digital marketing sales.
  • Proficiency in DFP / Google Ad Manager, Wide Orbit, and other digital marketing platforms.
