• Perform general carpentry work, including framing, trim work, siding, and finish carpentry.
• Repair and replace doors, windows, decks, staircases, and other structural elements.
• Install cabinets, molding, baseboards, and decorative finishes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution.
• Collaborate with painters and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Assess and troubleshoot structural issues, recommending effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.

• 5+ years of professional carpentry experience.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
