UX​/UI Designer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled
UX/UI Designer to join our team. As part of the design team, you will be responsible for collaborating with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly, functional, and visually compelling digital experiences.

• Collaborative Design
  :
  Work with cross-functional teams to design engaging user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• User Research & Testing
  :
  Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and improve design.

• Prototyping
  :
  Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

• Stakeholder Engagement
  :
  Present designs to stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine solutions to meet user needs and business goals.

• Design Consistency
  :
  Contribute to maintaining and evolving design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field).

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design. A portfolio showcasing 1-2 launched projects used by real users is required, highlighting the impact on users or business.

• Expertise
  :

  • Expertise in applying user interface heuristics to B2C or B2B websites and mobile apps.

  • Experience with user research methods, with a clear understanding of how to use different techniques effectively.

• Tools & Skills
  :
  Proficiency in
  Figma and familiarity with other design tools and UX research platforms.

• Communication
  :
  Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
