Basic Salary: $2700–$3000 + Additional Phone

Contract: 2 years renewable
Working Days &
Hours:
Monday–Friday 8am–5.30pm;
Monday–Friday 8:30am–6.30pm;
Mon–Fri 9am–6.30pm
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets, walk-in, on-site, self-help kiosk, VIP phone, on/offboarding of systems, hardware/software support.
- Provide Level 1 to 1.5 IT support at the IT concierge counter, meeting users face‑to‑face.
- Address and resolve basic incidents, logs all incidents and requests; engage SMEs to resolve incidents beyond scope.
- Ensure proper escalation of all tickets promptly; critical tickets involving security or data breaches escalated within an hour.
- Document resolutions and updates to self‑help and knowledge base; grow general knowledge of current IT applications and services.
- Network troubleshooting for wired and wireless using Fluke testing device.
- Verification of whitelisted USB device and perform whitelisting.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems for PCs and PC peripherals; report to vendor for RMA.
- Software installation, elevated admin access requirements, software security compliance checking for onboarded/corporate systems.
- Removal and secure erasing of storage media for write‑off and secure token connectivity issue.
- Password reset for corporate user accounts.
- Move IT equipment with proper handling tool.
Requirements:
- Strictly open to Singaporean only (Security Clearance required).
- Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
- Mandarin speaker preferred to deal with China‑speaking clients.
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
- Only iOS and Samsung digital devices allowed;
China brand handphone not allowed. - IT trained with IT frontline experience advantageous.
Basic Salary: $2400–$2600 + Additional Shift
Allowances:
$300
Contract: 1 year renewable
Working Days &
Hours:
2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8am–8pm; PM Shift: 8pm–8am)
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite.
- Provide on site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting to ensure service meets SLA.
- Work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
- Open to nationals who stay in Singapore;
Johor Bahru priority. - Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS.
- Basic networking.
- Experience in customer support environment advantageous.
- Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills; strong customer‑oriented attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel to multiple sites.
- Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift.
