Process Control Engineer; Manufacturing​/PCS​/Python

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI/ML and data-driven solutions to improve wafering performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and integrate Run-to-Run (R2R) control and data collection workflows via EES for advanced process control.
• Translate manufacturing and process requirements into scalable automation workflows using Python, SQL databases, and containerized services.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models to support manufacturing and operational improvements.
• Implement Dev Ops and CI/CD practices for reliable software deployment and system maintenance.
• Develop and enhance operational dashboards and workflows for better production visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, IT, and global teams to support scalable cross-site solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation, prepare monthly activity reports, and update records as required.

• Proficient in Python programming for automation and data-driven applications.
• Skilled in SQL databases for data querying, management, and analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and process control concepts.
• Familiar with workflow automation and translating operational needs into technical solutions.
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD, Git version control, automated testing, and software maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex manufacturing data.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
