Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8/8.30am
-5pm and alternate Saturdays, 08:00am – 12:00pm

My client is a fleet maintenance company who have been established for over 20 years. They are customer focused and ensure constant training is provided to their ever-growing team. My client is constantly investing in new technologies to ensure they work to the highest standards. Due to their outstanding success, they are now looking for a skilled HGV Parts Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities of the HGV Parts Advisor:
 
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
Locate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliers
Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records
Ensure the parts department is well organised and clean at all times
Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
Regularly update the parts database with new stock and pricing
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
HGV Parts Advisor Requirements:
 
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the HGV trade is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
Organised, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
