Muddy Boots is seeking a Learning Lead to shape high-quality early years practice across rooms. The role centers on strengthening school readiness, cohort tracking, and targeted interventions to ensure children are prepared for reception. You will move between rooms, support educators, and partner with feeder schools.
During holidays you will deep-dive into planning and curriculum design, building resources and reinforcing CPD priorities within the team.
