We are seeking an Accounting Manager OR an Assistant Controller:
- Accrue monthly customer rebates and deductions.
- Reconcile monthly shipped sales reports from billing to Sage.
- Collaborate with procurement on inbound freight costs (COGS) and tariff-related expenses.
- Update changes to accounts and reporting within the Sage accounting system.
- Work with AR & AP clerks on coding and daily transactions.
- Assist the Controller with annual budget and forecast preparation.
