You’ll be a coach on the floor, a meticulous recordkeeper, and a partner to our Supervisor in training and readiness for audits.

Core responsibilities

Conduct pre-operational inspections prior to start-up.

Execute in-process quality checks and verify critical control points.

Assess finished product against specifications and sensory/quality targets.

Confirm sanitation completion and review environmental monitoring data.

Maintain precise FSQA records; support audit planning and walk-throughs.

Train Associates on inspection practices and compliant documentation.

Identify nonconformances; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent; additional food safety coursework preferred.
2+ years of QA/FSQA in food manufacturing.

Hands-on familiarity with HACCP programs, GMPs, and basic microbiology.

Understanding of FDA and USDA regulatory frameworks.

Working conditions

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Comfort working in both refrigerated and hot production areas while wearing PPE.Role details
