Hourly rate ranges from $19.92 - $20.17 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work up to 38 hours per week.
