We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and visual merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
