Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - American Dream

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store during peak business periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience and maintain efficient product flow. This role works across front-of-house and back-of-house activities, partnering with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and store leadership.

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and service during high-volume periods.
• Retrieve, deliver, replenish, and organize merchandise between the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with receiving, inventory activities, cycle counts, go-backs, and product preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and support visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies and contribute to a positive, flexible, and collaborative store team.

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a client-focused professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
