Sales Individual

East Rutherford, NJ, USA – Full time Mon–Fri.

• Base hourly rate: $25–$45/hour, based on experience

• Interact with customers in the home and/or showroom to develop a complete understanding of customer needs
• Make proactive suggestions of company products & services that address customer needs
• Convey and manage realistic customer expectations
• Accurately measure openings/space for pricing and ordering
• Generate legible shop drawings for quotes/jobs as required
• Develop and present professional quotations promptly
• Capture all relevant customer and job location details
• Communicate job and customer details to front office, installation, and other team members
• Enter relevant details into company sales software in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers on pending sales quotes
• Order materials required for sold jobs from vendors
• Post‑installation follow‑up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Self‑generate leads through promotion of company products (home shows, B2B networking, cold‑calling, etc.)
• Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period
