Sales Individual

The Glass Guru of Meadowlands is scheduling interviews now for a Sales individual in East Rutherford, NJ, USA. This is a full-time Mon-Fri position.

The compensation will start at $25-$45/hour based on work experience, with a mix of base and commission, and tremendous potential for increased pay. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

  • Performance bonuses
  • Company Vehicle

  • Annual training for up to $5,000
  • Annual Bonuses up to $4,800

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Sales position is the primary sales role in the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers in-home and/or in the showroom to understand their needs
  • Proactively suggesting products and services
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Measuring spaces for accurate pricing and ordering
  • Creating and presenting professional quotes
  • Gathering and communicating customer and job details
  • Entering data into sales software promptly
  • Following up on pending quotes
  • Coordinating with vendors for materials
  • Following up after installation to ensure satisfaction
  • Generating leads through various promotional activities
