Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Facilities department to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of facility maintenance, service contracts, and compliance activities across all SIHF Healthcare sites. This role assists with communication, organization, documentation, and vendor coordination while supporting facility operations that promote a safe, functional, and compliant environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Ability to communicate skillfully and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with a variety of audiences, including employees and management at all levels, both internal and external to SIHF Healthcare.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply Environment of Care policies and procedures standard to the healthcare facilities industry.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple unrelated projects effectively.
- Proficient in personal computer skills, including email, record keeping, database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics (experience with Microsoft-based products required).
- Ability to use software programs to quickly and accurately inform SIHF Healthcare management of project needs and status.
