The Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding the assets of Draft Kings at Casino Queen and its guests. You will perform all job duties according to Draft Kings at Casino Queen procedures and Internal Controls, ensuring the safety of guests, employees and the facility. You will also report incidents, accidents and illnesses that occur during your shift. Shift: 2 pm – 10 pm.

• Must possess superior customer relations and decision‑making skills.
• Responsible for security and emergency situations at assigned duty posts.
• Maintain, control and inventory all security equipment and supplies; report any broken, expired or contaminated items.
• Know and comply with all applicable procedures, rules, regulations and laws.
• Escort gaming chips, tokens and cash; participate in hard‑count and soft‑count drops.
• Operate all security equipment properly.
• Participate in all mandatory training classes and meetings.
• Ensure only guests over 21 consume alcohol, enter the casino floor or gamble on Draft Kings at Casino Queen property.
• Ensure only authorized personnel are in non‑public areas.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Fluent in English.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License.
