This position is responsible for assuring that all Program Models, Illinois Department of Corrections contract requirements and SUPR licensing obligations are fulfilled and will have Supervisory Responsibility to all staff providing direct services. Additionally, the Clinical Manager is responsible for the fidelity of the therapeutic community, program's clinical procedures and administrative functions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Develops organization/unit and clinical supervision structure including Standard Operating Procedure Manuals for all program operations, including the Methamphetamine Program to ensure compliance with SUPR licensing regulations, IDOC and Corporate policies.
