Mercy St. Louis Emergency Department is offering a Graduate Nurse Residency – a 16-week program designed to support new graduates through mentored patient care in a high-acuity setting.
The position is full-time at night (7am–7pm), with three 12-hour shifts, and upcoming residency start dates in January 2027. Mercy provides day-one benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and retirement matching to support your growth.
